IALT: reflect on an article mainly about how a woman kept a cookie for 85 years!
According to an news article I read which was from the website (KIWI KIDS NEWS) A woman coming from Arizona, Texas she has kept a cookie for 85 year after it had been passed down to her from her mother before passing away in the 1930's. They say back in the day baking was one way to send loving gifts, to help save money, and also to help be more creative. She has kept this specific cookie which is on the left side of this text.. she kept in a jewelry box from her mother which was a symbol of her father and mothers past love. She re-opened and reviewed this cookie on valentine's day this year, which must of bring back memories.
My thoughts on this article:?
I think it is amazing knowing how long people can keep things for espically food for a 85 years it seems unbelievable. It's hard for me to believe this article because over time doesn't food rot, espically for this long its surprising.
