🌐Discovering 7 Earth Sized Planets 🌐

IALT: reflect on how NASA has discovered 7 different individual Earth sized Planets!!!

NASA has now just discovered 7 different separate Earth sized Planets. It started of with finding 3 different Earth sized planets, which are also known as exoplanet. They found 3 when they were moving around a star, and ever since then they had been monitoring those 3 which lead them to another 4 earth sized exoplanets, with an total amount of 7 earth sized exoplanets. An exoplanet are planets, that notices a death and also a different star than our sun! Which is also in a different Solar System, to the one we are on at the moment. The researchers behind this discovery say that all 7 earth sized exoplanets could be a very helpful use to supporting liquid water on the surface, but also depending on other properties, of those planets. It also shows in this article some information about what an exoplanet which is below this text...
  • Space experts say exoplanets are really important because they raise the possibility that other life could exist in other solar solar systems.
  • Even though scientists thought for a long time that they must exist, it was only in 1992 that the first exoplanet was discovered.
It also showed a video about the 7 different earth sized exoplanets discovery...

I think this is an amazing discovery that will go down in NASA history, espically knowing they are the discover's and real brains behind this...  A challenge I found was researching about what a exoplanet is, but I realised as I read and read more, that was the more my knowledge on exoplanets began to grow.

I really enjoyed learning about how 7 different earth sized exoplanets were discovered, and I look forward to seeing what other great discoveries, and achievements NASA will succeed towards, in the future!
