😔A Man Dead At Glen Innes Pools😔

I am learning to reflect on an article I've read

According to an article I've read at the Glen Innes pools, at the 11.15AM ambulances, and medical assistants pronounced a man dead after having a cardiac arrest, and falling into the water! They say STAFF performed CPR as soon as they could! The man was in his mid 20's, and was training for a triathalon! He wasn't responding, and a bit of after that he passed away and their announcement was final, they pronounced him dead. Saadly, with trained life savers, and lifeguards, who reacted immediately to CPR, doing all they can to save this man.. unfortunately all they could give wasn't enough to save this male!

My thought's on this article?
I think this is very depressing news, but it is also a wake up for example now, if you are training to be anything related to under water sports, and your having breathing problems, it might be best if you stopped, participating espically knowing but still going your risking your life otherwise. This is still very depressing news! And I wish this male's family the best in life and in the future!
