IALT: reflect on our Maths Lesson

Yesterday, we were certain Math Tasks to complete. We were given certain questions to answer and solve as a class. For example the type of questions we were given we to solve but, if your confidence boosted up you could explain how you would solve it, and show the class...

Some Of The Questions:

These were the types of questions we were given to answer. Some questions people found hard to answer so in order to make things easier if you had known what to do, the person having trouble solving he problem could pick someone to help them out.

The questions we were given were questions some of us had in our Maths Test. The reason why we brang these back is to review our knowledge on this specific Maths.

One thing I found challenging with this activity was solving hard multiplication questions for example, 9 x 22 but using different easy strategies made the questions seem easier for me to answer. Net time I look forward to more challenging questions, and also I look forward to seeing how I solve those questions.

I hope you've enjoyed and please leave a comment below...

WALT: solve how many set of and sharing division problems using multiplication reversibility
We had 2 questions we had to solve using smiley faces, AKA: Happy hundreds.
Questions 1: Kurt had 28 doggy treats to share equally between 4 dogs...
Question 2: Granpa Tu had $42 to share equally between his 6 grandchildren....
To solve these questions, we had to use... multiplication and division!
This was a Stage 6 strategies that Rm 10 had used for this problem!
Here is a quick photo, or the Happy Hundreds we had used, to help solve these problems
