WALT: reflect on our Kiwi Can lesson
Today we had our Kiwi Can Session, the lesson was based on "Responsibility" & "Respect". The greeting for today was "Hola". It is mainly used in Spanish! We talked about how, we would want to be treated with respect, and also if people respect us! We then got straight into our activity/energizer which was noodle soccer, for half the time and then hand soccer for the last half. We were divided into 2 teams, and numbered up to 12. When Mr M, or Miss Latoya called out a specific number, between 1-12 if it was you, you then had to run in the middle of the ground, and hit the ball with either your hands or the noodle. The last game, it was basically "WINNER TAKES ALL", and unfortunately the opposite team scored and won! The next activity we did was when we were spilt into 3 different groups. In each group there was a question based on "Responsibilities" and each group had to answer the questions given deeply. Lastly we had the chance of creating a Chant for our class! Only one group finished and performed.
